Yoga & Adventure Retreat 2022 – Ecuador
My heart is filled with so much gratitude, my recent retreat in Ecuador was just absolutely incredible. No matter the challenges life may give us, as Yogis and Yoginis we know we can go within and come out on the other side having learnt something and possibly even with more to share with our tribe.
Some of the offerings included: shared circles, daily yoga practice, workshops, surfing, yoga Nidra and meditation. I feel honored to have shared these moments with beautiful people.
I loved that we allowed ourselves to be “wild children” on the beach in Ayampe together, doing cartwheels and handstands and allowing the real “belly laugh” to naturally happen. There is something so special about this connection and the like minded energy that is shared.
The tropical jungle setting was perfect, my retreat was hosted at Wild Child Village in Ayampe. This Eco-friendly village encompasses the love of mother earth, yoga, quality plant based food and fellow tribes. The hosts have a deep love for the community and shared in activities with us, connecting with us during this retreat time.
Practicing yoga in the open space bamboo earthy jungle studio was incredible, I really fell in love with this space. Retreats are the perfect time to reflect, make changes, set new goals and just release and invite transformation. I would love to connect with you, if you are interested in yoga retreats let’s have a call and connect.
With Gratitude,
Candace
Candace is a deeply kind and loving person who has dedicated her life to yoga both as a physical practice and as a way to navigate the world with kindness. She cares for her students and the world around her in a way that is infectiously filled with joy and is always checking in with her students to ensure they feel safe and supported. Attending a retreat with her is a lovely form of self-care artfully infused with easy laughter, thoughtful movement, and a deep appreciation for life. I had a lovely time and created truly lasting memories while on retreat with her in Ecuador and can’t wait to see what she goes on to offer in the future.
