Testimonials
“Candace is a deeply kind and loving person who has dedicated her life to yoga both as a physical practice and as a way to navigate the world with kindness. She cares for her students and the world around her in a way that is infectiously filled with joy and is always checking in with her students to ensure they feel safe and supported. Attending a retreat with her is a lovely form of self-care artfully infused with easy laughter, thoughtful movement, and a deep appreciation for life. I had a lovely time and created truly lasting memories while on retreat with her in Ecuador and can’t wait to see what she goes on to offer in the future. ”

How Travel Has Inspired And Changed My Life
The world is a tapestry of landscapes, cultures, and experiences waiting to be explored. For me, the transformative power of travel unfolded gradually, each journey igniting a new facet of my existence. From bustling city streets to tranquil mountain paths, every destination has left a mark on my heart and mind, shaping who I am today.
I remember my first trip abroad and it was like stepping into a painting. The air was filled with the aroma of diversity and the soft hum of conversations in diverse languages which really interested me.
