My session with Candace was phenomenal!! I had hip surgery almost a year ago and the recovery went well. Later, I developed tendinitis and my hip was hurting so bad. I haven't been able to sit cross leg in yoga, in a very long time but today I was able to hold it for about 15 minutes. I was extremely excited! I owe all this to the session and Candace was amazing!! She is very gentle, encouraging, and loving. The thing is that she is very nourishing and helped my hip to experience less pain in a long time! Who was Swami Sivananda

Swami Sivananda was an influential spiritual leader and yoga guru who lived in the early to mid-20th century. Born on September 8, 1887, in Pattamadai, in the Tamil Nadu province of India, Swami Sivananda was a highly respected spiritual teacher who founded the Divine Life Society, an organization dedicated to spreading the teachings of yoga, Vedanta, and other spiritual practices. Swami Sivananda died July 14, 1963.
