This is a fantastic all round amazing mouthwash that will keep your mouth fresh, fight bacteria and take care of your gums.

Research suggests that tea tree oil may fight germs that cause tooth decay and bad breath. One study found that tea tree oil was more effective against plaque-causing bacteria than chlorhexidine, a common disinfectant and oral rinse.

One of the most popular uses of peppermint oil is to freshen breath. The oil itself kills bacteria and fungus, both of which can cause infections in the mouth or lead to the development of cavities.

Regularly gargling with pink Himalayan salt water can assist in removing bacteria from the teeth and gums, which helps in preventing the buildup of plaque and tartar. When you are sick, a salt water gargle breaks up thick mucus and can help remove irritants like allergens and fungi from the throat.

Baking soda is impactful on oral hygiene, overall tooth and gum health, and a whiter smile. In fact, it is so effective that it’s been used as a tooth cleaner for over 150 years — it was actually the first tooth cleanser to gain the ADA Seal of Approval.
