Fresh Smoothie

Smoothie Magic;

I started making morning smoothies in 2017 and I have loved the benefits that I have noticed in my body, my skin and even my energy levels from keeping this up as part of my routine.

My base ingredients consist of:
*Half green apple

*One large carrot
*Fresh ginger
*One banana
*Either spinach or kale
*Quarter lemon wedge (cut/remove skin and use whole – not squeezed)
*1 Teaspoon of hemp seed
*1 Teaspoon of flax  seeds
*1 Teaspoon of chia seeds
*1 Teaspoon of coconut oil
*Blueberries
*Filtered water (amount as preferred)

Variations to add can include any options that you would like, some of mine are:
*Beetroot
*Broccoli
*Paw Paw
*Almonds
*Pumpkin seeds
*Sunflower seeds
*Strawberries
*Celery

Blend all ingredients together and you will have a yummy, healthy kick start to your day.
This assists with weight loss, natural metabolism and optimum health.
