My journey began in 2003, after my first yoga class, I knew I had found something that was going to transform my life.  I fell in love with Yoga and how it improves so many aspects of life; from mental to physical and spiritual.

About me

My love for Hatha Yoga truly expanded my love of yoga and led me to my teacher training and in-depth studies with my master teacher Johann Kotze who is based in Cape Town South Africa, this is where I qualified with my 300h Sivananda Yoga teacher training.

I continue to futher my studies and expand my knowledge so that I can deepen my own practice as well as offer my clients as much as possible for their own practice and wellness journey.

I am also a certified Life Coach and Qualified Reiki Practitioner.  My philosophy is that no matter how much we think we know, there is always more to lean.  We should always be trying to be the best versions of ourselves and not hold onto any guilt about releasing our old self to embrace a journey of transformation.

After many years of experiencing the incredible benefits of Sound and Sound bath meditations, I completed and qualified in “A Journey through sound: Singing bowl & Sound Training Course” with Anthony Profeta.  This gentle and beneficial practice has so many benefits for the mind, the body and the spirit.  I also love including Sound bath sessions in my retreats and classes.

My Yoga Journey

The benefits of Hatha Yoga have assisted me to improve in my own practice, gain strength, heal injuries and discover a calmness and clarity that I love sharing in my classes.

I have so much gratitude for the incredible journey of self transformation as a result of Yoga. I have loved every moment of this journey and all the experiences that have shaped me into the Yoga teacher, retreat leader and life coach that I am today, planning and hosting retreats around the world.

I truly love the feeling of openness and the beautiful connection of the mind, body and spirit. I love helping people reconnect, feel better and find their true bliss. The feedback from my clients and being part of their own transformation has been the most rewarding part of my teaching and coaching journey.

Years of experience

My experience and passion have provided me with the expertise required to observe clients, to ensure that they have the correct technique and movement.

In addition to Yoga, I have had an extensive dance and fitness background; as a result, I am able to adapt my experience required to teach group classes and private sessions which I have done for two decades.

My teacher training also included in-depth studies on restorative Yoga, focusing on healing injuries and maintaining movement regardless of age or level. I love connecting with other like-minded people and sharing in the healing magic of Yoga.

My other passions and interests include travel, dance, listening to music, playing guitar, animals, photography, minimalism, sustainable living, being in nature and spending time with my husband, furkids, family and friends.

I look forward to connecting with you.
