Candace is a deeply kind and loving person who has dedicated her life to yoga both as a physical practice and as a way to navigate the world with kindness. She cares for her students and the world around her in a way that is infectiously filled with joy and is always checking in with her students to ensure they feel safe and supported. Attending a retreat with her is a lovely form of self-care artfully infused with easy laughter, thoughtful movement, and a deep appreciation for life. I had a lovely time and created truly lasting memories while on retreat with her in Ecuador and can't wait to see what she goes on to offer in the future.

My session with Candace was phenomenal!! I had hip surgery almost a year ago and the recovery went well. Later, I developed tendinitis and my hip was hurting so bad. I haven't been able to sit cross leg in yoga, in a very long time but today I was able to hold it for about 15 minutes. I was extremely excited! I owe all this to the session and Candace was amazing!! She is very gentle, encouraging, and loving. The thing is that she is very nourishing and helped my hip to experience less pain in a long time! I am over the moon!! I would say to folks who are experiencing pain to see Candace!! She can help!!

I traveled from South Africa, and what an absolute joy to not only have everything arranged for:- excursions, yoga, vegan foods, diving, beaches, markets wow but I felt totally cared for and looked after in a country that many told me ‘To Be Careful”. Mexico and Tulum - my stay at Holistica was life changing, the authentic experiences you arranged with a shaman - sweat lodge - sound healing and cacao ceremony was incredible, healing on a deeper level.
